by Sue Schnorr on March 28, 2010

I’ve been asked this question so many times lately that I decided to re-post this blog entry from last fall.

What are your thoughts? Do you have any insights or coments to add? I’d love to hear from you.

My two cents:

Instructional Design
The process of designing sustainable solutions to opportunities for learning through the application of analysis, learning theory, information architecture, presentation, interactivity and assessment.

eLearning Design
All the above and the thoughtful integration of technology, too.

Great point about technology. Thanks for your input.

These days, instructional designers need to be cognizant of the web 2.0 tools that are available as options to enhance and reinforce traditional training and that can be used on their own to support learning and performance improvement.
